Recently I had several estimates to replace our current hvac system. The other contractors were quick to give estimates, but none really answered the problem that I had with it. Jason brake may be a small and new hvac business, but they are the best! I had a bad experience with another local company that replaced the system 14 years ago and it never worked right. Jason made calculations and determined that it was sized incorrectly. Anyone can take your money and install a unit but not everyone does the job right. They also offered the best price on identical units. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, I give them a 10! Thank you all at Brake – we love our home again!!!
