Brake Heating & Air, LLC is a family-owned and operated business providing HVAC services to Maryland and parts of West Virginia, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Founded by Jason Brake and his sons Riley and Sam, our company was built on the principle of treating customers like family.

Our key team members have worked together for over two decades. Our senior staff Jason Brake (26 years), Nick Fink (16 years), and Phil Cole (20 years) – all with extensive experience from Tristate Home Services (formerly Wachter and Norwood) – have passed on their advanced HVAC-related knowledge to junior technicians.
